The result is a superior probability of detection (PD) with a consistently low nuisance alarm rate (NAR).
With its unique Sensitivity Leveling™ calibration process, MicroPoint™ X ensures uniform detection performance across different fence fabrics and tensions, delivering reliable protection in the most challenging sites and harsh environmental conditions. Through software-based Free Format Zoning™, detection zones can be assigned anywhere along the cable, regardless of processor location, for efficient tailoring to site-specific requirements.
As an IP-based solution, MicroPoint™ X delivers seamless TCP/IP network integration via a single Ethernet cable, offering installation convenience, system design flexibility, and lower infrastructure costs. It can be networked with Southwest Microwave’s full range of PoE-based technologies, including digital microwave links, transceivers, I/O modules, and system controllers, for a comprehensive, layered approach to perimeter security.
